What does maintenance consist of?

Maintaining your concrete is simple, regular sweeping, prompt spill cleanup, and resealing every few years depending on amount of traffic will maintain your concrete’s condition.

What is the timeline for a concrete project?

The duration of a concrete project can vary based on its complexity and size. Generally, smaller projects might take a few days, while larger ones could take several weeks. We’ll provide you with a detailed timeline during our consultation, so you know exactly what to expect. aesthetic.

Is it possible for the concrete to crack?

Concrete does tend to crack over time due to factors like weather and ground movement. We strategically place control joints to manage, reduce, or even eliminate the visibility of cracks. 

How thick should a concrete driveway be poured?

For residential driveways, we pour high strength concrete with a thickness minimum of 6 inches. Always on a heavily compacted base and with reinforcement within.

What type of de-icer is safe for my concrete in winter?

It’s best to use a concrete-safe de-icer such as calcium chloride. Avoid using rock salt (sodium chloride).

Are the concrete finishes slip-resistant?

Yes, all our concrete finishes are designed to be slip-resistant for safety and practicality throughout all our various Canadian seasons.

Will the project cause disruption to my neighbors?

We aim to minimize disruption, keeping noise and disturbance to your neighbors as low as possible during the project. Additionally, we ensure the site is thoroughly cleaned before leaving any project.
